Questions or complaints about your data

We have appointed a Grievance Officer under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. This page tells you how to reach them, what to expect, and what else you can do.

How to raise a complaint

  1. In the app, open Profile → Help Center → Contact support, or on any task use Report a problem. You get a reference number (for example TH-000123) straight away.
  2. Or email hr@pdtservice.com from the email address on your account. Tell us what happened and what you would like us to do.
  3. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days. We will tell you what we found and what we changed.
  4. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India set up under the DPDP Act.

Grievance Officer and how to reach us about your data

We have appointed a Grievance Officer under the DPDP Act and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Contact them for any question, request or complaint about your personal data. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.

This notice is available in English and Hindi in the app — switch languages in Profile → Preferences. If you would like it in another language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India, write to the Grievance Officer and we will provide it on request.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

As a Data Principal you have the following rights. To exercise any of them, use the in-app options where they exist or write to our Grievance Officer (section 20). We will respond within 30 days and never charge you for it.

You also have duties under the DPDP Act: give us accurate information, do not impersonate anyone, and do not raise false or frivolous complaints.
